Celebrating the holidays while being away at college isn't the same as when you're a kid. You actually have to make an effort to plan things. My best friend Dom and I decided carving a pumpkin would be a good idea. (This was his first time...) We got a little carried away on the face :) Pretty good turnout for not buying a carving kit eh? Afterwards we attempted to cook some pumpkin seeds since it sounded good and ended up adding a little bit of everything we could find in the cabinet; seasoning salt, lemon seed, garlic powder and sea salt. They turned out really yummy!
